Laser Consultation

Service Description

Assessment of skin conditions for laser requirements and eligibility. A full treatment plan including number of necessary appointments to achieve desired results will be established .Consultation fee will be applied to service if done within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy

Credit Card on file required for all non-deposit booked appointments. Late cancellations or no-show will be subject to $35.00 fee or deposit forfeiture. All deposits for completed appointments will be applied to final cost of services. 24 hours required for cancellation or deposit will be forfeited. All NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL FEE OF MISSED VISIT.
