Service Description

In depth evaluation to determine candidacy of the the microneedle procedure. Includes extensive health review as well as procedure expectations. $50 Fee applied to procedure if booked at consultation appointment. Half applied if booked within one week of consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Credit Card on file required for all non-deposit booked appointments. Late cancellations or no-show will be subject to $35.00 fee or deposit forfeiture. All deposits for completed appointments will be applied to final cost of services. 24 hours required for cancellation or deposit will be forfeited. All NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL FEE OF MISSED VISIT.
